Shipping rates
Prints, cards, and calendars ship at a flat rate of $6.95 anywhere in the United States. Orders of $75 or more ship free. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment is taken.
Original paintings are quoted individually, because crating and insurance depend on size and destination. Use the contact form for a quote.
International orders
We ship worldwide, but international rates are quoted per order rather than charged at a flat rate. Contact the studio before ordering and we will send a quote. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times
Prints are made to order. Allow 2 to 4 business days for printing and packing, then 3 to 7 business days in transit within the United States. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
Prints, cards, and calendars are made to order, one at a time, for you. Because a made-to-order print cannot be put back into stock, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please check the size and the framing option before ordering, and use the contact form if you would like anything clarified first. We would much rather answer a question than have you receive something that is not what you expected.
If something is wrong with your order, we will always put it right, and we never ask you to ship anything back. There is no return label, and nobody pays return postage. A photograph is all we need to reprint or refund.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund at no cost to you. Keep or recycle the damaged print.
- Wrong item, wrong size, or a printing fault? Same thing: a photo, then a reprint or a full refund. The original is yours to keep.
- Never arrived? Contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier and reprint if it is lost.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the resolution being agreed.

Original paintings
Original works are one of a kind and are sold final. If you have questions about a painting, ask before purchase or arrange a studio visit, and we will send additional photographs or a video.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item enters production. Contact the studio as soon as possible.
