These terms govern your use of massimomazzon.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated by Massimo Mazzon from a studio in Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products
We sell original paintings, fine art prints, greeting cards, and calendars. Prints are reproductions, not originals, and are described as such on every product page. Colour on a screen can differ slightly from the printed piece.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include the item only. Shipping, and any sales tax that applies, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
We make every effort to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we will contact you before fulfilling the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Availability
Original paintings are unique. If a painting sells through another channel before your order is processed, we will refund you in full. Prints are made to order and are ordinarily always available.
4. Delivery, returns, and refunds

5. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, and text on this site are copyright Massimo Mazzon. Buying a print or an original transfers ownership of that physical object only. It does not transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce, publish, or make derivative works from the image. See our Copyright Notice for detail.
6. Commissions and courses
Commissioned work and painting courses are arranged individually and are governed by the terms agreed in writing for that engagement. Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
10. Governing law and contact
